1. Return Window
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging with all accessories and nozzle adapters included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Not damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
- Items damaged due to improper use
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@volttitan.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
5. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as VoltTitan™ cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@volttitan.co.za. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
